Even though we were talking statistics basically the whole time, Rick did a great job ensuring he was relating to his audience and they were able to apply the knowledge. He kept me engaged the whole time, and really drilled the key facts into our heads. This was the first all day workshop where I came out of it thinking, wow, that was a really great use of my time and I'm actually going to use what I learned today!
